Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records for the period required by applicable law. Once that period lapses, records are deleted or anonymised. You can request details of your retention period via email at any time.

You may submit a data access or correction request through the Help Centre or by email. We aim to fulfil verified requests within 30 days; complex requests may take longer and we will notify you of any extension.

Account Closure Requests

To close your account, contact support via live chat or email. Any outstanding balance will be returned to your verified UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe account within the standard withdrawal window stated in the payments section.

These terms take effect the moment you complete account registration and tick the acceptance checkbox. They remain in effect for the lifetime of your account, including any period when your account is temporarily suspended or under review.

We post updates to the terms on this page and, where the change is material, we also send a notice to your registered email address. Continued use of your account after the effective date of any revision means you accept the updated terms.

Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure is returned via your linked payment method — UPI, Paytm, or PhonePe — within the withdrawal window set out in the payments section, provided your account passed identity verification.

Access to our services depends on local law and is available where local law permits. If state-level rules in your location restrict such services, those restrictions take precedence and these terms do not override them or create an entitlement to access.

Raise a dispute through live chat or email, quoting your account reference and the specific clause you believe was applied incorrectly. We aim to issue a formal response within five working days of receiving a complete dispute submission.

Accounts are strictly non-transferable under these terms. Each account must belong to one individual whose identity has been verified. Sharing login credentials or allowing another person to operate your account is a breach of these terms.
