Account Access Controls

Your account is protected by password authentication and, where you enable it, two-factor verification via your registered mobile number. Login attempts from unrecognised devices trigger an additional verification step automatically.

Data Retention Schedule

We keep your account data for as long as your account remains active plus any period required by applicable Indian law. Once the retention period ends or you request deletion, data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

We share your data only with payment processors (such as UPI networks, Paytm and PhonePe gateways) and identity verification services strictly required to run your account. We never share your data with advertisers.
